Masterminds Spring After School Program
Through the generosity of WQED and the PBS Ready to Learn Grant, we are able to offer our Masterminds afterschool program for our first grade students. The focus of the program is to promote creative thinking and collaboration that will engage students in a variety of STEAM activities and projects. The students will focus on STEAM concepts as they work with a variety of resources including: Tangram Shapes, BeeBots and Osmo Technology, 2D & 3D Magnatile Structures, Shape Shifter Creations as well as Addition and Subtraction concepts. We are excited to have this opportunity to explore new concepts involving Problem Solving strategies to enhance their learning!
